First and foremost, during the activity, teacher Yan Yuting showcased the teaching process and teaching explanation of 'the World is Universally Connected'. Evidently, the teaching process of this lesson was designed scientifically and the teaching situation was selected appropriately. Also, this lesson creatively uses the development of cultural tourism in Anqing as an entry point to trigger students' exploration, and the teaching form is novel. Besides, the teacher's teaching style is cordial and natural. On the other hand, the whole class is accompanied by the development of teaching activities and the teacher's explanation. After the teaching demonstration session, President Madam Huang Wenli and other leaders made comments and guidance for teacher Yan Yuting’s teaching design. Specifically, President Madam Huang Wenli praised Yan Yuting for her novel and innovative teaching design and her solid basic skills. In addition, Madam President gave guidance for this lesson in that she hoped teachers' classroom teaching could be more emotional and passionate. Afterwards, all the teachers of the politics group conducted teaching research activities around Yan Yuting's teaching design. Moreover, the teachers talked about how to create an effective classroom, how to motivate students to study ideological and political class, and how to enhance students' core qualities. Thus, the atmosphere of the discussion was lively. Additionally, under the guidance of the school leaders and the discussion of all the teachers of the politics group, this teaching and research activity achieved a complete success. 

To summarize, the politics teaching and research group innovatively uses the form of teaching demonstration and lesson polishing to make young teachers talk about the teaching process, and points out the direction for the growth of young teachers through the guidance of school leaders; Furthermore, this activity can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of young teachers in teaching, but also encourage young teachers to make continuous progress in teaching skills and literacy. More noticeably, this activity is conducive to building an excellent team of ideological and political teachers and promoting the integration of ideological and political courses in the meantime.
